Consult PS Limited provides technology recruitment and talent advisory services to employers and job seekers in the United Kingdom. We operate principally within software engineering, data, AI, cyber security, cloud and infrastructure, product and design, and related technology disciplines.

The nature of any engagement, including fees and specific service levels, will be set out in a separate written agreement, order confirmation or engagement letter. In the absence of such an agreement, our standard terms shall apply.

When you engage us to find candidates, you authorise us to identify, approach and introduce suitable individuals for your vacancies. Our standard fee structure and payment terms will be confirmed in writing before any search begins.

Unless otherwise agreed, a fee becomes due when a candidate we introduce is offered and accepts a role, whether permanent or contract, directly or indirectly, within a period of 12 months from our last introduction. Full details of fee rates, rebate terms and replacement guarantees will be included in our engagement documentation.

You agree to notify us promptly of any offer made or acceptance received in relation to a candidate we introduce, and to provide accurate vacancy information so we can represent your business properly.

Candidates who register with us are not under any obligation to accept an introduction or position. We will always seek your consent before submitting your details to an employer.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide to us is accurate, complete and up to date. You may ask us to update or delete your information at any time by contacting us directly.

We do not guarantee interviews, offers or placements. Our role is to introduce opportunities that appear suitable based on the information available to us.

Fees for our services are agreed in writing on a per-engagement basis. Payment terms are typically 14 days from the date of our invoice, unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments may be subject to statutory interest and compensation under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, as well as recovery costs where applicable. We may pause or discontinue work while any invoice remains outstanding.

We take care in selecting and introducing candidates, but we do not warrant that any candidate will meet your specific requirements or that a placement will be successful. You are responsible for your own interviewing, referencing and verification processes.

Our liability to you for any loss or damage arising from our services is limited to the fees paid or payable by you in respect of the engagement giving rise to the liability, except where such loss or damage results from our fraud, wilful default or negligence causing personal injury or death.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of reputation.

All content on this website — including text, images, branding, logos, code and design — is owned by Consult PS Limited or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.
