Contingent for most permanent placements (a percentage of first-year base, payable on start date). Retained for executive search and exclusive mandates. We share fee structures openly before any engagement.
How long does a typical search take?

We aim for a 3–5 candidate shortlist within 7 working days of brief sign-off. End-to-end, most permanent searches close in 4–8 weeks. Executive search runs 8–14 weeks.
Do you cover roles outside the UK?

Our network and salary intelligence is UK-focused. We occasionally support European or US searches for existing clients, but it isn't where we add the most value.
I'm a candidate — should I register even if I'm not actively looking?

Yes. The majority of our placements come from candidates we've known for years. A 15-minute intro call now means you hear from us when the right thing appears.
Can you handle confidential searches?

Routinely. Most of our executive mandates are confidential. We work under NDA and only disclose the hiring company at our client's instruction.
